Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During high order volumes or unforeseen situations, processing may take additional time.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 4–8 business days
    Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to courier partner issues, remote locations, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Any additional charges (such as COD charges, if applicable) will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

DR VISU AYURVEDA is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete address

  • Non-delivery due to customer unavailability

Re-shipping charges, if any, will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged package or missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Courier & Delivery Responsibility

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery responsibility lies with the courier company.

Risk of loss passes to the customer after dispatch.
