DR VISU AYURVEDA
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, all the following conditions must be met:

Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

Product must be in original packaging

Invoice / Order ID is mandatory

Opened or used ayurvedic, herbal, or personal care products are NOT eligible

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos at drvisuayurveda@gmail.com.
Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
No exceptions.
Exchanges
We do not provide direct exchanges.

Once the returned product is received and inspected:
